4. HIPAA and Organizational Use

DefyAI is designed to support HIPAA-conscious workflows, but use by covered entities, business associates, provider groups, or other organizations may require a signed Business Associate Agreement and an approved deployment configuration. Do not upload protected health information on behalf of an organization unless you are authorized to do so and the required compliance agreements and safeguards are in place.

5. User Accounts

You must create an account to use DefyAI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Email verification is required for email-based accounts, and Google sign-in may also be available.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DefyAI only for lawful purposes related to health insurance appeal drafting. You must not misuse the service, attempt to access unauthorized data, or use the service to generate misleading or fraudulent content.
