If you are a covered entity, business associate, provider group, or organization that requires HIPAA-compliant use, you may need a signed Business Associate Agreement and an approved deployment configuration before using DefyAI with protected health information.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. When you delete your account, associated data, including appeals, uploaded documents, and saved letters, is permanently removed from our active systems.
